Tina Maben Meacham suffered a brain aneurysm rupture late spring 2011. She was
life flown to Buffalo and was transferred to Bradford Hospital to extended
care. She has gone thru extensive rehabilitation therapy for cognitive
issues and motor skills. She at this point needs to rely on a wheel chair
and has leg braces. She has been released to her home with her family 2
weeks before Christmas and still is going through rehabilitation.
Registration will be at "Shooters" (use to be Midtown Bar) in Port
Allegany at 11 am Saturday May 12th, 2012. The run will leave by noon!
Stops and dice rolls will be as follows: Northwoods Tavern, Wharton
Tavern, WeeBull's Steakhouse and Pub, Allegheny Pub, and then final
destination Starlite Inn, where there will be food! This run is 85 miles
round trip.
This run is to benefit her and her family for medical expenses, travel
expenses, and financial hardship they have suffered throughout her journey
of recovery through this traumatic health incident.
